Job Description
- Assist Logistics Manager to setup freight forwarding objectives, techniques, action plans and layout overall performance indicators, overall performance reporting gear and so forth. To satisfy the Company’s objectives and QHSE requirements.
- Responsible to establish freight forwarding working procedures overlaying international freight (Ocean & Air), local freight, customs clearance and land transportation and so forth.
- Accountable for handling all the incoming gadget / materials and so forth. From everywhere in the international required for King?sher Development Area task, which includes improvement, production and operation, to the excellent practices in the oil enterprise. Manage opposite logistics.
- Compile all the freight forwarding Scopes of Work, managing all of the related tendering ‘procedure and contractors’ performance.
- Coordinate and interface with all the external Stakeholders and inner Stakeholders to gain challenge effectiveness and performance.
- Coordinate and oversee the JV Partners’ freight forwarding activities, from a non-Operator views.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned through the Supervisor.
