Job Description
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g.: Bcom Accounting, BAcc, ND Accounting)
- SAIPA/SAICA articles would be advantageous.
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
- People Management or Consulting background would be advantageous
- 3 - 5 years accounting experience
- Management of accounts
- Computerised accounting systems and principles (e.g. GP Dynamics)
- Financial Analysis and interpretation.
- Computer Literate (MS Office, Advanced Excel)
- Basic knowledge of SQL would be an advantage.
- Ability to follow a structured and methodical approach when resolving queries.
- Ability to resolve problems without constant supervision.
- Ability to deal with senior management to resolve discrepancies.
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
- Excellent verbal and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
