Job Description

•  Attending to customers enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times and ensuring monthly target is met.
  
• Sourcing for customers and following up with existing customers via all mediums (whatsapp, instagram, walk-in customers, etc).
  
• Sending daily reports of sales and other activities as assigned. Must be able to use microsoft word and excel and computer literate.
  
• Ensuring that the store is always neat and in order.
  
• Must be a self starter and show signs of responsibility
  
• Keeping customers informed of new products and other promotional information.
