Job Description

  • Filing and Maintaining up to date Transport rates for Customers.
  • Handling Breakdown/Split Trips.
  • Updating Cargo Shortages/Demurrages as specified.
  • Updating Invoice Parties and Invoice currencies.
  • Updating Cargo Deduction Rates.
  • Updating Manual Fees for Specific Clients.
  • Invoices acquittal in Fleet Management System.
  • Clearing invoicing differences in Fleet Management System.

Qualification:
  • Holder of Higher School Certificate at least.
  • Previous working experience essential.
  • High Computer Literacy of Microsoft Office products (word; excel; power point; outlook)
  • Others: English – full command both written and spoken.
  • Extra-ordinary level of attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and rules.
  • Ability to work with systems and willingness to learn new processes.
  • Hard worker, with high levels of energy and self-motivation.
  • High levels of dedication and diligence.
