Job Description

  • Ensure continuous and thorough training of sales reps through E-learning and working with the Training Manager. For them to master the product knowledge.
  • Motivating, mentoring and ensuring high energy levels of the team members.
  • Sales and recruitment target achievement.
  • Sourcing for new business as a team.
  • Review of files from Loans Officers before Data entry.
  • Timely submission of reports that is sales, marketing and training reports.
  • People management regarding HR issues in the team via reports.
  • Coordination of marketing activities in the team.
  • Ensure all funds deducted from Platinum Credit Customers are collected from the respective votes under your supervision.
  • Supporting and ensuring the Credit Officer achieve the retail sales targets.
  • Improve the welfare of your staff through the company welfare scheme and the staff Sacco.
  • Ensure that your Branch premises and staff are presentable and portraying the desired company image.
