Take Care of TB/HIV co-infection patients referred to TB/HIV Clinic in MRRH. Work hand in hand with the staff on TB ward of MRRH to ensure TB/HIV collaborative activities are being implemented according to guidelines. Make comprehensive reports at the and oi the month and quarter about activities /outputs that have been achieved activities S/he will participate in planning, directing, budgeting coordination, monitoring and evaluation of clinical work. Participate in adopting the quality improvement approaches to improve the overall quality of health services; especially for TB and HIV care and treatment, and enhance client outcomes. Participate in the provision of information/education to the public as part of health promotion. The incumbent will manage and account for allocated resources, participating in research activities and build the capacity of students and stalls at the Hospital and ensure that staff adhere to Professional Code of Conduct and Ethics.
