Job Description


  • The incumbent will initiate and take part in the recuperation of antisocial loans inside the department in line with set regulations and procedures governing the restoration manner.  
  • Deliver correct and nice loan documentation, in keeping with permitted phrases and working policies and procedures.  
  • Keenly reveal and compare overall performance of assigned loan portfolio almost about chance management framework, customer support requirements and the loan terms. 
  •  The CRO should possess advertising competencies and be able to seriously onboard clients and keep in accurate relationship with them.  
  • Prepare loan packages for assessment/ evaluate and disbursement of accepted loans.
  •  Provide day by day, weekly and month-to-month and quarterly overall performance reviews to the Branch manager detailing the overall performance progress.  
  • Carry out ordinary consumer visits to build lengthy-time period relationships and generate name reports.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints and solve them in a well timed way and expand any unresolved queries in the shortest time viable.
  •  Manage present purchaser relationships to growth/grow Asaak proportion of wallet.
  •  Formulate and implement a income plan and champion precise product promoting campaigns to acquire and exceed sales goals.
