Job Description
- Handle Inbound and Outbound nearby calls, enquiries and court cases from local clients in Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and Iraq.
- Responsible person to name undelivered and again shipment in respective U. S . A .
- Assist local logistic to reship the ones orders re-showed the deal with or given alternative shipping deal with in day by day foundation
- Informing IR of the shipment details such Airway Bill Number and/or in which to collect the cargo.
- To reveal the shipment locally to save you returning the cargo.
- Handle product choose up at Agent Office in respective U . S .
- Ensuring documents are enough and legitimate in each product choose up
- To ensure proper recording on every day cargo, return cargo and inventory count.
- Checking and liaising with the courier, logistic in UAE for another shipment challenge.
- Liaising and speaking with GSC in UAE for every other IR’s enquiries and proceedings.
- Ensuring all IR’s concern are promptly treated.
- Prepare normal file on sports, assignment(s),and achievements in daily & monthly.
- Proposed solutions with movement plan.
- Provide updated document at the progress to control.
- Other Ad hoc obligations which can be assigned.
