Job Description

  • Receive and redirect customer complaints / requests to the departments concerned.
  • Make the seizure of complaints about the system.
  • Ensure the repatriation of products.
  • Be proactive in finding technical or commercial solutions.
  • Keeping the customer / consumer from complaining and taking feedback.
  • Manage the relationship with customers either as part of a physical reception or by mail / phone.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Hold a School Certificate.
  • Have a successful experience of 2 years minimum in customer relations
  • Master English and French
  • Master computer tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
