Job Description

  • Assistance to the administrative manager and the project manager
  • Various secretaries and classifications of certain administrative documents
  • Routine management of the proper functioning of the premises
  • Receipt of letters, invoice
  •  Time of bills
  • Follow up admin topics (fuel consumption & mobile phone and their analytical breakdowns, etc.)
  •  Entering the scores
      Required Skills
  • know how to use different office software (excel, word, outlook, internet explorer
  •  know how to be rigorous, organized and methodical, available at peak times
  •  know how to respect the confidentiality
  •  know how to take initiatives
  •  have a very good general presentation and at least three years of experience in the same position.
