Job Description

  • Produce provides details regarding a consistent schedule and forward these to the client.

  • Produce month to month reports and forward these to the client.

  • Follow-up on citations and receipt installments.

  • Keep vehicle assessment report book up and coming.

  • Stocktaking, requesting and issuing of PPE.

  • Stocktaking, requesting and issuing of apparatuses.

  • Detailing of status and advance to administration.

  • Printing minutes for gatherings and all other documentation required.

  • Refreshing records and looking after documenting.

  • Sending faxes, making duplicates.

  • Asking for close down date, refreshing on white board and sending logbook demand to administration.

  • Assembling Safety documents and keeping them refreshed.

  • Assembling operational site documents and keeping them refreshed.

  • Keeping contact list refreshed and sending new contacts to all representatives.

  • Make new staff HR documents.
