They are made from a very silky, shiny material, possibly a rayon or something similar. These appear to be a size II. The waist is 36" but can be cinched tighter. There is a yellow stamped R. B. Loved that the pants were adjustable and it fit my son perfectly and was shipped fast for Halloween! This was cheaper than a Halloween costume but the quality was 10x better than any bulk Halloween costume store !
