This book has a lot of knowledge you may already know and/or would definitely see anywhere else on the internet. I found this to be an easy read that I briefly scan over until I find what I’m more curious about. There are several parts we found to be helpful and just good to have. I would recommend buying the video on Amazon Video for like $5 to see how the man actually puts these techniques to practice.
