Ultra-Max 8048CBB Lava Rock Gas Charbroiler – 48″ Wide – LPThe Ultra Max radiant and lava rock charbroilers are constructed in the U. S. A. with a corrosion resistant stainless steel body. The charbroilers will either use lava rocks or heavy duty radiants to transfer heat to product. Grates are adjustable per section to be enclined or flat. The units feature cast iron burners which produce 20,000 BTUs per six 6 inches of width and have adjustable valves and a standing pilot. Units will be shipped being set up

I just opened it and the Table of Contents is "Chaos." The Chapters and pages in the Table of Contents (TOC) do not reflect the actual chapters and pages in the book. For example, TOC shows Chapter 8 in page 94. But if you turn to page 94, it is the second page of Chapter 9. Will continue to update this review when I start to read the book. For now, it is a "1" for the Table of Contents.
