Imperial Taper Lock Bush 4030- 3.1/8Taper Lock bushes are suitable for use with Sprockets, Belt Pulleys & couplings Taper lock bushes are used to secure Taper Lock Pulleys, Sprockets or Couplings to Shafts. The Taper lock Bush fits into the hub with 2 grub screws, as the grub screws are tightened the Taper lock compresses onto the shaft and keyway securing the Pulley Sprocket. To remove the bush, you remove the 2 grub screws and screw one back into the third hole, lifting the bush out.

The shirt did not match the image on the website. While it is a button-down collar, the buttons are concealed, rather than exposed, and the material is polyester or nylon, giving the shirt a plastic sheen, which I do not like. The image on the website showed exposed buttons, and with tremors in my hands, exposed buttons are hard enough to secure.
