WWII U.S. M-1 Helmet Liner Headband by Lapeer Fabricators, Inc.Description This original WWII U. S. M 1 helmet liner headband was produced by Lapeer Fabricators, Inc. The hardware is green painted steel, approximately dating the headband's production from mid 1942 to late 1943. It exhibits third pattern spring clips, which have a fold in the metal's bottom edge.
