Job Description

          Key performance areas:

  • Manage and affirm bills & generate invoices.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliations of bank statements entries.
  • Obtain statements and manage observe up manner till price is acquired.
  • Vet packages and send for approval and load on the device.
  • Assisting in preparing financial reviews, purchaser enquiries and fashionable help.
  • Execute and assist with monetary duties derived from conferences.
  • Ensure correct typing of mins and distribute timeously.
  • Assist clients, creditors and debtors with enquiries and amplify for resolutions.
  • Manage the submitting of accounts, criminal documentations, bodily and electronically.
  • Maintain and update a valid registration percent consisting of, BBBEE certificates, Tax clearance, banking letter, Company & directors information.
  • Complete and update agency associated documentation.
  • Preferred Minimum Education and Experience
  • 1-2 years’ revel in in a Bookkeeping function
  • Tertiary Qualification in Bookkeeping
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and so on.)
